Research Highlights

• synthesis and characterization of carbon dots (CDs), nanogels, and electrospun nanofibers, were developed for tissue engineering and drug delivery.

• Design and fabrication of a biodegradable bilayer scaffold consisting of a ternary blend film and electrospun fiber layer were studied and discussed in terms of surface morphology.
